During the setup process we work side by side with you to make sure the import data is accurate, the system works without issue, and that you are able to let the software function without the need to babysit the software everyday.

How do I connect my Court Management Software to Notifi.Pro
Every court management system is unique. If your CMS allows you to export event information and user data you can import a CSV file of the data in your dashboard. We also offer the ability to do scheduled imports of your data through the dashboard at no additional cost.

What kind of Notifications can I send?
Currently Notifi.Pro sends automated voice messages, SMS texts and email notifications.
Could I send multiple notifications to an individual before the event?
Yes. You can create a delivery schedule for any event that can be customized at any time through your dashboard.
Can I choose which groups receive calls, text messages or emails?
Yes. Notifi.Pro will allow you to create user groups and assign which type of notification that group should receive.
Can users Opt out if they do not want to receive notifications?
The current average notification recipient is required to receive notifications for their court appearance, probation event or jury duty. We are currently updating our software to allow for specific user groups to opt of notifications, such as employee notifications.
What are the results in terms of increased % of people who appear?
We have found that there have been a significant reduction in Failure To Appears in court using a combination of email, sms text and phone call notifications of the event. Combined with a notification schedule sending reminders 7 days prior, the day before and the day of the event.
According to the National Center for State Courts, Hennepin County has been able to overcome “bench warrant for failure to appear (FTA) by 24% between June 2017 and January 2018” in their Criminal and Traffic courts (National Center for State Courts eDigest, 2018). Hennepin County also observed that when the court has been able to remind defendants to come to their court appearance successfully, FTA’s [failure to appears were] reduced by 30 percent” (National Center for State Courts eDigest, 2018).
Are there maintenance costs?
Yes. The monthly maintenance fee for hosting and software support is $250 per month and included with every plan.
Is there a fee to set up the software for my court?
Yes. There is an initial one time cost of $2,500 to setup the software and customize the system to work with your court system.
How can I calculate my annual cost?
Each court system is unique and we are able to setup as many notifications that you would like to improve communication through out. There is an initial setup fee of $2,500 and monthly support and maintenance fee of $250.
Notifi.Pro charges by the notification sent at the following rates:
- SMS Text: $0.06 per message
- Voice Automation: $0.09 per minute
- Email: $0.04 per message
Looking through the last 12 months of events (jury summons, probation, court appearance, etc) that you would like to send notifications multiplied by the type of notification (SMS text, phone call, email) and the number of recipients for the event.

Payments can be made monthly, quarterly or annually.
